By contracting any of our services you accept these terms and conditions in full. If you disagree with any part, please do not use our services.

Tucango offers digital marketing, web development, graphic design, audiovisual production and hosting services. Each service has its own scope detailed in the corresponding proposal.

Prices are stated in the relevant proposal. Payments are due on the dates indicated. Late payments may result in service suspension and additional fees.

All deliverables created for the client become their property after full payment. Tucango retains the right to display the work in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed.

We commit to keep all sensitive client information strictly confidential and to use it only to deliver the agreed services.

Tucango is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service.
